Christina Polito, Esq. is a diligent and attentive attorney who primarily focuses her practice on criminal defense and family law. She listens to and understands her clients’ needs, helping them to navigate legal hurdles, while providing the highest quality representation.

Prior to joining Legal Solutions Law Group PC, Christina worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk and Hampden counties where she represented the Commonwealth during all aspects of criminal litigation. She has extensive trial experience, trying numerous criminal cases to verdict and arguing hundreds of motions. She also assisted victims and witnesses of crimes with evidence development and trial preparation while helping them locate the proper support services. Christina also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Justices of the Family and Probate Court where she conducted research and drafted judgments, decisions, and memoranda on a variety of family law and probate matters.

Christina holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
