Overview of Legal Fees

We are not your typical law firm when it comes to billing our clients.   

We do not nickel and dime you by billing for each and every phone call, photocopy, text, email, or parking expense. 

In our view, these are the costs of doing business, not a billable item.

During your free consultation – we will review everything with you. If you decide to use our legal team, we will draft  a legal fee agreement with everything spelled out. 

If we estimate your matters will cost $5,000 and that changes at any point, you will be the first to know. There won’t be any surprises that we have not agreed upon. 

What Makes Us Different

You Get A Legal Team For the Price of One Attorney

When you hire one of our attorneys, you are hiring the entire team. We work on your cases together to combine our experience for the best outcomes. Most practices bill clients for team meetings and consults. We do not. 

No Charge Communications

Many law practices charge for every phone call, text message, and email. This hinders communication and costs clients a lot of money. We only charge when they involve actual legal services rendered. 

No Monthly Admin Fee

Many law offices charge their clients a monthly administrative fee. We do not. 

No Rounding Up

Many law practices round up their time in 30 minute or 60 minute increments. We do not.

We Don't Nickel & Dime

We won’t nickel and dime you to avoid business expenses. Many practices will transfer all expenses to you from photocopies or even parking fees. This is part of business, and not billed to you.
